- 3 cones set up approximately 2 yards apart and in the shape of a triangle.
- 1 ball between 2 evenly skilled players

| Coaching Points |
- A player starts the game by passing the ball through a channel created by the cones.
- The opposing player uses one touch to trap the ball into space and pass the ball through one of the other channels (a channel the ball did not come through)
- Players are restricted to 2 touches maximum (one touch to trap the ball into space
and the other touch to pass the ball through a different channel).

| Competition, Variations& Restrictions: |
- After the players get the idea of the drill, begin a competition between 2 players.
- The first player that does not return a pass through a different channel or uses more
than 2 touches loses a point to his/her opponent.
- Change restrictions ... trap with outside of foot only, pass with left foot only, etc.
- Play games to 5, losing player does 5 jumping jacks.
